Currently, we are looking for a Senior Business / System Analyst to join our team.

Job Description

• Participation in discovery phases and workshops with customers , covering key business and product requirements
• Managing project scope, requirements management and their impact on existing requirements, defining dependencies on other teams
• Creating business requirements, user stories, mockups, functional specifications and technical requirements (including flow diagrams, data mappings, examples)
• Close collaboration with development team (requirements presentation, backlog grooming, requirements change management, technical solution design together with Tech Lead, etc.)
• Regular communication with internal (Product, Account management, Business teams) and external stakeholders (Partners, Customers)
• Preparing and executing User Acceptance Testing, including UAT scenarios, validation cases, and demos for internal stakeholders
• Creating documentation (user guides, technical guides, presentations)

Skills & Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business, System, or Functional Analyst
• Proficient in writing user stories, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, system diagrams, and wireframes
• Experience working with RESTful APIs (writing requirements, API usage) and in microservices architecture
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of SQL, UML, and BPMN
• Understanding of UX/UI practices, the software development lifecycle, and the architecture of web-based applications
• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep the overall solution in mind
• Strong time-management skills, able to handle multitasking activities, concurrent projects, and BA work in a fast-paced environment

As a plus

• Experience in enterprise software development, the finance domain, and delivery of desktop and web applications
• Experience in successful system integration projects
