Role/Functional Area: Team Leader

Salary: As per industry standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Area/Geography Mapping: Allocate geography at the team level, work closely with team members

on mapping, conduct audits, and review progress regularly. Share progress reports with superiors.

  • Source Relationship Management: Manage relationships with all sources in the assigned

geography and within the team.

  • Audit / Relationship / Coaching Calls: Conduct joint calls daily with team members, including

source visits and sales calls.

  • Channel Partner Recruitment: Validate and empanel channel partners.

  • Team Huddle: Conduct daily team huddles as per the process laid down.

  • Weekly Team Review: Implement and review goal sheets, and ensure weekly completion of Sales

Patri II.

  • HSPL Hub Coordination: Coordinate with the credit team on logged-in loan applications and

provide updates to team members.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum graduate with strong inclination towards sales.

  • At least 2 years of prior experience in team handling.

  • Prior experience in the home loan department is preferred.
