Job Role - Tally Support Executive

Location - Dombivali

Job Description :

  • Identify and generate leads through calling, networking, and online platforms.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Tally software solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and close sales deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Provide post-sales support and coordinate with the technical team for installation and training.
  • Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime software and its features
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and meet targetsBasic understanding of accounting and business processes

  • Passing Entries in the system
  • Take Customer information and update in the database.
  • Put through relevant sales & Contracts for sales of goods or service.
