Job Title: Inventory Executive
Location: Dombivli, Maharashtra
Department: Operations / Stores
Experience Required: 1–3 years (FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or similar industry preferred)
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage stock control, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth inventory operations. The role involves monitoring incoming and outgoing stock, verifying documentation, and coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and accounts teams for seamless supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of inward and outward inventory in ERP/Excel.
  • Conduct regular stock audits, physical verification, and cycle counts.
  • Reconcile stock discrepancies and report shortages/excess to management.
  • Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review.
  • Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely dispatch and stock availability.
  • Implement FIFO/FEFO methods to minimize wastage and ensure product quality.
  • Support compliance with company inventory policies and audit requirements.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/Tally/Excel).
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
  • Problem-solving ability for resolving stock discrepancies.
  • Team coordination and communication skills.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Certification in Inventory/Warehouse Management will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
