We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Travel Ticketing Executive
to join our team. The role involves handling flight bookings, ticket issuance, cancellations, reissuances, refunds, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements for clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of airline reservation systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide professional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings for clients through GDS/airline portals (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.).
- Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund airline tickets as per airline rules and company policies.
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for special requests, schedule changes, or dispute resolution.
- Provide fare quotations, compare options, and suggest the best itineraries to clients.
- Ensure accuracy in passenger details, PNR creation, and ticket issuance.
- Keep updated with airline promotions, fare rules, schedules, and industry regulations.
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, invoices, and refunds.
- Assist with visa, insurance, and travel-related services when required.
- Handle client queries promptly with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in GDS/CRS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of airline fares, rules, and refund policies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in ticketing/reservations with a travel company.
