
Urgent Requirement for Front Office Executive in

Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
Direct visitor/client to meeting room/experience room and coordinate with respective staff/team
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and prepare PO as and when required for maintaining office supplies
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Travel arrangement such as ticket booking, flight booking, cab management etc.
Ensure every office equipment like A/C, pantry equipment etc is well maintained, call for repair and troubleshoot malfunction when ever needed.
Any Task assigned by HOD
**Requisite Skills**:

- Microsoft Office Skills
**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹144,000.00 per year
