Job Title: Senior Vice President, Marketing

With a strong emphasis on product-led growth, we are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive initiatives that resonate with our users.

Role Overview: As the Head of Marketing for our QA automation tool, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product development and customer success efforts, leveraging a deep understanding of user preferences and behaviour to fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Strategy Development: Lead the development of marketing strategy aligned with product-led growth principles.

2.

Product Messaging and Positioning: Develop compelling messaging and positioning that highlights the unique value proposition of our QA automation tool.

3.

Driving product-led growth: You'll be a champion for our QA automation tool, leveraging freemium models, developer resources, and in-app tutorials to organically acquire and activate new users.

4.

Content marketing and thought leadership: Create high-quality content (tutorials, blog posts, case studies) that showcases how our tool improves development efficiency and positions us as thought leaders in the QA automation space.

5.

Community Building: Foster a vibrant community around our QA automation tool, leveraging forums, meetups, online communities, and social media channels to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.

6.

User Engagement and Retention: Implement strategies to increase user engagement and retention.

7.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in marketing roles within the SaaS industry, with a focus on developer-centric products or technologies.

2.

Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to distill complex technical concepts into compelling messaging and content.

3.

Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

4.

Deep understanding of developer communities, their preferences, behaviors, and decision-making processes.

5.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
