We are headquartered in the Silicon Valley and have our delivery centres across the globe About the role: As  Product Lead - Technology Consulting , you will be key member of the teams working on end-to-end AI and analytics solutions being built as a product for our client. While your primary focus will be on the application/data engineering components of the overall solution, you will collaborate with internal data science teams for the ML aspects. As the person responsible for the overall success of the Product, you will:• Define the product strategy and roadmap.• Prioritize product features and capabilities. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Elicit requirements from Stakeholders/Markets using a combination of business acumen and technology understanding· Work with Product Development team to understand the feasibility of feature implementation and able to prioritise Product features and capabilities· Lead PI planning activities for a multi disciplinary pod team under Scaled Agile Delivery framework· Translate requirements to technical stakeholders. Review solution design & estimation for conformity with requirements· Coordinate product delivery (communicating updates, bottlenecks, risks, delays etc)· Measure and articulate value of solutions developed to help drive solution adoption by business teams· Work with Stakeholders to define a roadmap for Product and adoption by markets· Minimum 1-2 year of Product Manager experience with overall IT experience of 8-10 years· Previous experience in building and managing products for IT stakeholders would be required.· Excellent team player with great communication and presentation skillsThis role involves a combination of hands-on contribution, customer engagement and team management. Required Skills & Experience: · Product Management and delivery experience in multiple data systems (cloud / on-premise, classical RDBMS / big-data / NoSQL)· Project planning and tracking in agile and waterfall paradigms· Experience with different source systems (flat-files to ERP systems to real-time sources) and their impact on design, functioning, and maintenance of data systems· Experience working on products with significant application engineering and development components/multi disciplinary teams· (Preferable) exposure to MLOps/DevOps in the context of cloud based predictive analytics solution deployment· Team management and client stakeholder management· 8-10 years of relevant experience, some of which has been in hands-on development.· Techno-functional background preferred (Engineering + MBA)
