Product/Fullstack Lead (Saa S | Architecture & Delivery Focused)Location: Hyderabad – In-office (no remote)Experience Level: 7–15 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeNotice Period: Immediate to 20 daysAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Product Lead to drive product development from zero to one. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in software architecture, full-stack engineering, and rapid, time-boxed delivery cycles.This role blends product leadership with technical depth , making it perfect for someone who has grown from an engineering background into product thinking and enjoys being in the trenches—from architectural decisions to release management.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end product delivery , from early ideation to rollout (especially in 0–1 product environments).Translate business goals into actionable, technically sound product roadmaps.Architect scalable solutions using modern architectural patterns (hexagonal/clean architecture, DDD, microservices).Work closely with engineering teams across Python, React, React Native, and Docker-based environments.Drive a lean, iterative development process with measurable outcomes under tight deadlines.Oversee deployment and infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to prioritize features.Maintain high standards of quality through CI/CD, Dev Ops, and automated testing.Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership and excellence.✅ Required Skills & Experience10–12 years of experience with proven leadership in full-stack product delivery.Strong track record in 0–1 product environments (building MVPs → scalable products).Deep knowledge of Saa S product lifecycles.Expertise in software architecture (hexagonal architecture, DDD, microservices).Hands-on technical skills:Frontend: React, React NativeBackend: Python (must), Node.js (optional)Infra: Docker, CI/CDCloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Strong understanding of Dev Ops workflows and modern delivery practices.Excellent communication and decision-making skills.➕ Nice to HaveExperience with event-driven architectures and message queues.Familiarity with monorepos and modular services.Background in developer tooling, internal platforms, or B2 B Saa S.Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager in a startup.Domain PreferenceHealthcare experience is a plus.Prior work in startup / mid-size / product companies preferred.
