Role Overview :

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer with specialized expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing HR Service Delivery solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices, coupled with strong technical skills in ServiceNow development and configuration.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
  • Design, develop, and configure HR Service Delivery processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and HR Case Management.
  • Customize ServiceNow HRSD modules to align with organizational policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations with other HR systems.
  • Implement and optimize ServiceNow HRSD functionalities such as HR case routing, HR catalog items, HR case templates, and HR dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems, including HRIS, ITSM, and ERP platforms.
  • Configure and administer ServiceNow HRSD security roles, access controls, and user permissions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow HRSD implementations, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning.
  • Conduct testing and validation of ServiceNow HRSD configurations to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and user satisfaction.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow HRSD features, updates, and industry trends, and recommend enhancements to optimize HR service delivery processes.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.
  • Minimum of X years of experience in ServiceNow development, with specific expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations.
