We're seeking a talented Brand Service Manager to join our growing team.Position OverviewThe Brand Service Manager will serve as the primary liaison between our agency and clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while managing social media strategies and execution. This role requires a balance of client relationship management, project coordination, and social media expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesClient ServicingDevelop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients as their main point of contactUnderstand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing solutionsManage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of projectsCoordinate internal resources to execute client campaigns and projectsPrepare and present campaign performance reports and analytics to clientsIdentify opportunities for account growth and additional service offeringsSocial Media ManagementDevelop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business goalsCreate and maintain content calendars across multiple platformsOversee content creation, curation, and publishingMonitor social media trends and platform updates to optimize client strategiesAnalyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insightsManage community engagement including responding to comments and messagesCoordinate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all channelsQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field1+ years of experience in client service, account management, or related role within an agency setting.
