Position Description:

As a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you are responsible to prepare, plan, manage, implement, and deploy the multiple server OS upgrades, server security remediations, and Cloud migrations for our on-prem and Cloud based web applications.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

You have hands-on experience with managing LAMP (Linux, Apache, mySQL, PHP) environments and all IT Infrastructure dependencies, like e.g. server sizing, firewalls, load balancers, WAF, storage, monitoring, permission management and security compliance. You successfully coordinate the work for multiple parallel workstreams between the application team and multiple IT Infrastructure departments. In this role you also focus on collaboration to achieve the project goals. Status reporting, and detailed documentation of the environment changes is a well-known practice for you.
Minimum requirements
• At least three years’ experience with DevOps and/or administration in a Linux server and AWS Cloud environment
• Strong IT Infrastructure project management skills
• Experienced with LAMP environments (Linux, Apache, mySQL, PHP) and Cloud Migrations (AWS, Containerization, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Strong understanding of common system architectures and security best practices
• English B1 (written and spoken)
Beneficial experience
• Experience in working with the following technologies and products Gitlab, Gerrit, Jenkins, CICD Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Oracle and MSSQL databases Grafana and container performance monitoring & improvement Harbor, Nexus, Sonar, Splunk Logging Load Balancer and Web Application Firewall Certificate Management and Deployment (TLS, CAs, …) Security Compliance Frameworks (OWASP, PCI DSS, …) Confluence, Jira Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• German and/or Polish speaking
• Experience in the finance and/or credit card industry
