About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our IT Infrastructure team.
- This is an immediate opening, and we are seeking a candidate who can start within 30 days.
- In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and on Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, following a defined project management methodology (e.g., PMP).
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage project scope, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure project deliverables meet all requirements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring successful collaboration and timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address issues proactively, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Track project budget and resource utilization, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Document project processes and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Participate in project retrospectives to identify areas for Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is mandatory.
- 3-8 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within IT infrastructure.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring successful collaborations.
- Prior experience with IT infrastructure projects, including switches, servers, storage, and network solutions (a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Solid business acumen and understanding of project financials.
- Strong risk management and issue resolution skills.
