The Manager(Ignite+) will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing the teamof leads and associates to ensure efficient and smooth functioning of allInfrastructure projects. The manager will have overall strategic andoperational responsibilities for the projects. 

Primaryresponsibilities include but are not limited to:

Plan,create, train, and manage the team to execute Infrastructure projects at scale
Effectivelymanage projects using project management tools and ensure timelines of theproject are met
Improve projectefficiency by delivering good quality projects in cost effective manner
Consistentlyensure project reporting is done at regular intervals to donors and internalmanagement
Visit andmonitor projects and maintain good working relationship with School management,Government departments, contractors, and vendors
Enhanceprocesses, structures, systems to support the managing and tracking of completeproject lifecycle with assistance of technology team 

PreferredEducation Qualification / Experience:

B.E. or B. Techor Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field - essential
Work experience inmanaging Civil and Infrastructure projects – at least 5 Years
Experience inany Project Management tools – essential
Should be ableto manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Prior experiencein the non-profit sector would be an advantage 

Knowledge,Skills and Abilities:

Goodinterpersonal and communication skills – English & Tamil
Good computerskills – MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint – Essential
Goal orientedprofessional with excellent team management skills
Problem solvingand critical thinking skills are required
Willingness totravel locally and nationally frequently
Having atwo-wheeler - desirable
