Job Overview


We are looking for a talented and experienced Executive - Online Reputation Marketing to join our team at Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai. As an Executive - Online Reputation Marketing, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online reputation through various strategies and techniques. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in online reputation management.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in online reputation management or related field
  • Strong understanding of online reputation management principles and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage and respond to online reviews and comments professionally
  • Experience in social media marketing and content creation
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze online sentiment and trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement online reputation management strategies to maintain and enhance the company's online reputation
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and publish engaging content on social media platforms and other online channels
  • Track and analyze online sentiment and trends related to the company and its products/services
  • Identify and engage with online influencers and brand advocates to promote positive brand image
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online reputation management
  • Report on key metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improving online reputation
  • Identify and mitigate potential reputation risks and crises
  • Manage online review platforms and ensure accurate and up-to-date information about the company
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all online channels
