KeyResponsibilities:Monitoring OnlinePresence: Track and monitor online mentionsreviews and commentsacross various digitalplatforms. Utilize monitoring tools to stayinformed about brand sentimentand addresspotential issues promptly.ReputationAnalysis: Conduct an indepth analysis ofonline sentiment and trends toidentify areasfor improvement. Provide regular reports andinsights on the companys onlinereputationhighlighting areas of concern orsuccess.StrategicPlanning: Develop and implement ORMstrategies to enhance and protectthecompanys online image. Collaborate withmarketing and communication teams toalignORM efforts with overall brandgoals.Response andEngagement: Craft and implement effectiveresponses to online feedback bothpositiveand negative. Engage with online communitiesand customers to build positiverelationshipsand address concerns.ContentManagement: Create and optimize positivecontent for the company on variousplatformsto enhance online visibility. Work withcontent creators to ensure a consistent andpositivebrandnarrative.CrisisManagement: Develop crisis management plansto address potential reputationthreatsswiftly and effectively. Act as a point ofcontact for urgent ORM issuescollaboratingwith crossfunctional teams toresolveissues.
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a relatedfield. Strong understanding of social mediaplatforms andonlinecommunities.Excellent communication and writing skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data andderiveactionableinsights. ORM and Crisis managementexperience is a plus. Familiarity with ORMtools and technologies is aplus.
