About the Role Azrut is seeking a curious, ambitious, and communicative Lead Generation and Sales Intern who loves exploring new business opportunities and connecting with people. You’ll be part of our high-energy sales team, identifying and nurturing prospects across global markets (US, UK, EU, UAE) for our premium IT and engineering services. This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to learn the art and science of B2B tech sales, thrives on curiosity, and enjoys speaking confidently with startup founders, CTOs, and decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and qualify potential leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, and others. Analyze target companies for opportunities and partnership potential. Confidently engage with prospects through personalized outreach (LinkedIn, email, or calls). Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to refine targeting and outreach strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our CRM (HubSpot / Pipedrive). Participate in weekly syncs to review lead quality, performance metrics, and conversion insights. Continuously learn about new industries, technologies, and client pain points to improve outreach quality. Who You Are Highly curious  — you naturally dig deeper to understand businesses, markets, and trends. Strong communicator  — comfortable initiating conversations and speaking with confidence. Driven by growth  — excited about challenges, targets, and self-improvement. Tech-savvy  — familiar with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and lead-gen tools (or quick to learn). Collaborative  — you enjoy working in a startup environment where ideas and energy matter more than hierarchy. Preferred Skills / Nice to Have Experience using Apollo.io, or HubSpot CRM. Interest in SaaS, AI, or IT consulting. Prior experience in outreach, sales, or customer interaction roles (even college projects count).
