We are looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts for the Cloud Security product suite. This role is key to CloudDefense.AI’s growth strategy, responsible for driving new business, expanding our customer base, and ensuring the success of our cloud security offerings. You will manage a team of sales executives, build relationships with senior clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets across assigned territories.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals, driving business growth and market share for CloudDefense.AI’s CloudSecurity products (CNAPP).
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with prospective clients, focusing on high-impact, multi-million-dollar deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in target industries to position CloudDefense.AI as a trusted cloud security partner.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress, refine strategies, and ensure optimal sales execution.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in cloud security to keep CloudDefense.AI’s sales strategies competitive and forward-thinking.
- 10+ years of sales experience in the cyber security industry, with a focus on cloud security, digital transformation, or cloud platforms.
- Proven experience managing and leading sales teams , with a track record of successfully closing large-scale ($1M to $20M) deals in the cloud security space.
- Expertise in selling CloudSecurity products like CSPM, CIEM, CWPP, with a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong leadership and management skills , with a proven ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to exceed targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build and nurture relationships with senior executives (CxO level).
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of sales best practices in the cybersecurity sector and familiarity with fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Salesforce, AWS, Azure , or Google Cloud certifications are a plus.
