Candidates with experience working as a Project In- charge of commercial projects (data centers, office buildings, malls etc ) will be preferred.

Responsibilities

Contract/Agreement Review:

- Analyze tender documents, drawings, and general and special conditions.- Review pre-bid queries, resolutions, and contract terms, highlighting critical elements.- Understand contract milestones and unique project challenges.

Team Assignment:

- Select and assign the execution team based on skills and project phases.- Plan and implement team mobilization in coordination with higher authorities.- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and manage stakeholder relationships.

Planning and Execution:

- Prepare and monitor schedules (weekly, monthly, quarterly).- Ensure site progress aligns with the schedule and manage resources effectively.- Coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants for project implementation.- Prepare and submit necessary reports, including Daily Progress Reports.

Estimation and Billing:

- Estimate quantities, submit bills, and ensure timely payment realization.- Explore and realize non-tender items, ensuring rate approval before execution.

Quality Assurance and Control:

- Adhere to and implement the project's quality plan to ensure zero defects.

Safety:

- Ensure adherence to and implementation of the project's safety plan.

Budgeting and Monitoring:

- Support budget finalization, monitor monthly expenditures, and reconcile materials.

Sub-Contractor Management:

- Manage third-party works, labor supply, and material storage.- Ensure timely processing of bills and certificates.

Special Jobs and Innovation:

- Focus on special projects, promote innovative approaches, and improve productivity.- Suggest alternate items in BOQ to enhance timelines and workmanship.

Team Building:

- Foster teamwork, provide training, and develop subordinates for future roles.- Regularly interact with the team to identify training needs and improve performance.

1. Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience- Strong business acumen in project planning and management- Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills
