We are looking for an Network engineer (or technician) and users support for our office.

JOB based in Parel, Mumbai - Applicants must live in Mumbai - No home office.

The Head of the IT department in based in France. The overall mission the department is to Ensure the stability and evolution of the information system for the whole of the company (France, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Austria, Spain, China, and India …) and implement solutions adapted to the service needs and the strategy defined by the Management.

As a Network technician your specific missions:

  • Provide technical support to users (via phone, remote assistance, or on-site visits).
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment.
  • Participate in various IT projects and hardware and software upgrades.
  • Manage the IT inventory:
  • User account administration.
  • Hardware administration: PCs, tablets, servers, smartphones, mobile terminals, etc.
  • Email system administration.
  • Network resource access management.
  • Hardware stock management.
  • VPN / MPLS network management.
  • Supervise activities such as backups and server/service status.
  • Generate activity reports.
  • Conduct user training.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements.
