We are looking for a results-driven
E-Commerce Manager
to lead our online sales growth, enhance brand presence, and maximize revenue across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth & Revenue:
    Drive online sales through brand website, marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, etc.), and other e-commerce channels.
  • Platform Management:
    Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations including listings, pricing, inventory, and order fulfillment.
  • ROI-Driven Campaigns:
    Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, Amazon, Nykaa, etc.) with a sharp focus on ROI and measurable sales impact.
  • Marketing Integration:
    Collaborate with marketing team to execute performance campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, influencer tie-ups, and content that boosts visibility and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Track KPIs (traffic, conversions, ROAS, CAC, repeat purchase rate, etc.) and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Customer Experience:
    Ensure seamless user experience on website/app, including UI/UX improvements, checkout optimization, and customer engagement.
  • Marketplace Growth:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key marketplace partners to drive visibility, promotions, and sales.
  • Innovation:
    Identify and implement new tools, trends, and strategies to stay ahead in the e-commerce landscape.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in managing e-commerce for D2C/consumer brands (beauty/skincare preferred).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Nykaa, Amazon, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in
    running and optimizing ROI-driven paid campaigns
    .
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads).
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Passion for beauty, wellness, and Ayurveda is a plus.
