Job Description for B2B Representative at Nutristar


Salary - 25-30K


Position: B2B Executive

Experience: 1 year

Location: Pitampura, Delhi (On-Site)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  2. Generate new business opportunities to increase revenue.
  3. Understanding customer needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions.
  4. Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients.
  5. Act as a point of contact and handle customers' individual needs.
  6. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
  7. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  8. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.


Qualifications:

  1. Proven work experience as a B2B representative for at least 1 year.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  4. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  5. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
  7. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  8. Knowledge of the industry or market experience will be an added advantage.
