We are looking for a driven Sales Executive with a focus on B2B sales of renewed gadgets & repair services to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, fostering strong relationships with businesses, and driving sales revenue in the renewed products & service segment. This position requires a proactive approach to prospecting, a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients within target industries and sectors.
  • Generate leads through a variety of channels including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and industry conferences.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients by understanding their business needs and demonstrating how renewed products can meet their requirements.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the needs of each client.

Sales Process Management:

  • Manage the entire B2B sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements, including pricing and delivery schedules, to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in renewed products and their applications within various industries.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the features, benefits, and usage of renewed products.

Requirements

Proven Sales Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Knowledge of Renewed Products:

  • Familiarity with renewed or refurbished products and their value proposition in the B2B market is highly desirable.
  • Ability to articulate the benefits of renewed products compared to new products to potential clients.

Strong Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present products and negotiate terms with clients.
  • Active listening skills to understand client needs and address concerns appropriately.

Relationship Building Abilities:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including C-level executives and procurement professionals.
  • Capacity to network effectively and leverage connections to generate leads and referrals.

Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities, anticipate challenges, and develop creative solutions to overcome them.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform sales strategies.

Self-Motivated and Results-Driven:

  • Highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of initiative and drive to succeed.

Bachelor’s Degree:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Tech-Savvy:

  • Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
