Our client , a dynamic and forward-thinking branding agency, is embarking on an ambitious project to redefine the boundaries of digital branding. In collaboration with Hard.Coded , a leader in creating software development teams, we are assembling a high-performance team to deliver a groundbreaking product from the ground up. This project is not just about meeting expectations but exceeding them, setting new benchmarks for quality and innovation in the industry.


We are seeking a motivated and talented Full Stack Developer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced developers, learning and growing in a challenging yet supportive environment. You will be directly involved in the development and implementation of our product using a combination of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and Python-based frameworks like Django and FastAPI.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Utilize the MERN stack and Django/FastAPI to build scalable, responsive web applications.
  • Backend Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Python (Django/FastAPI).
  • Frontend Development: Build dynamic and engaging user interfaces with React.js, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Database Management: Work with both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases to manage and optimize data storage.
  • Collaborate with Senior Developers: Work closely with senior developers to implement best practices, optimize code, and develop new features.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, and be motivated to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Testing and Debugging: Write unit and integration tests, and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on the MERN stack and/or Django/FastAPI.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript (React.js, Node.js) and Python (Django, FastAPI).
  • Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

  • Start Date: We need candidates who can join immediately; the sooner, the better.
  • Location: This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in the success of a pioneering project, onsite around Kennedy Bridge in Mumbai.
