Experience in the insurance domain is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications and services working within the SAFE framework and Agile delivery model.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Be responsible and accountable for end-to-end features, from design to development, testing, and deployment, taking into account functional and non-functional requirements, as well as aspects like security, code quality, and testing.
  • Develop Proof of Concepts to demonstrate how new technologies can complement the existing platform capabilities within the SAFE framework and working in Agile methodology.
  • Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
  • Develop and optimize server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Typescript, Node.js).
  • Strong experience with back-end technologies using Node.js,
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, or ORM frameworks.
  • Must have knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)., Knowledge of code quality tool (e.g., SonarQube )
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Good to have knowledge of .Net, Gherkin, PlayWright, Azure Pipelines, Teraform, Kubernetes, ISTIO, DAST / SAST, API first and Data architecture
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in the insurance domain is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with business insight.
