Job Description for Full Stack Web Developer We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer who is proficient in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, working closely with our design teams to deliver user-friendly, performant, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with designers to implement user-friendly web applications. Back-End Development: Develop server-side logic, integrate APIs, and manage databases using technologies like Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP. Design and implement robust and scalable RESTful services and APIs. Maintain and optimize existing systems and ensure they run smoothly. Database Management: Design and manage databases (SQL, NoSQL) to support the application’s functionality. Write efficient queries, optimize database performance, and ensure data security. DevOps and Deployment: Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes. Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ensure high availability and reliability. Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring timely resolution. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including managers, designers, and other developers to define and deliver new features. Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and maintain high code quality standards. Keep up with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6 – 8 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. Proficiency in front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). Strong experience with back-end languages (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, PHP) and frameworks. Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
