Job Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
Working Hours: 5 days a week with Saturday and Sunday off - Total 9 hours including 1 hour break

Job Description: As a Communication Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the call center agents possess the necessary communication skills to deliver outstanding service to our clients’ customers. You will be responsible for training agents on various aspects of communication, including voice, accent, tone, and language proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance agents’ communication skills.
2. Conduct assessments to identify agents’ strengths and areas for improvement in communication.
3. Design and implement customized training modules tailored to the specific needs of our international clients.
4. Provide individual coaching and feedback to agents to help them improve their communication skills.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as quality assurance teams and operations managers, to address communication-related performance issues.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication training to continuously improve training programs.
7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through metrics and feedback mechanisms.
8. Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia resources.
9. Support new hire onboarding by delivering orientation sessions on communication standards and expectations.
10. Serve as a subject matter expert on communication-related topics and provide guidance to colleagues as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Linguistics, Education, or a related field or equivalent experience.
· Minimum 1 year experience in training or coaching in a call center or customer service environment is highly desirable.
· Strong understanding of voice and accent training techniques, including phonetics and pronunciation.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
· Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and deliver engaging training sessions through virtual platforms.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse groups of learners.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as video conferencing software and learning management systems.
