Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure the right cultural fit.
  • Create and post job descriptions across job portals, LinkedIn, and internal channels.
  • Use innovative sourcing methods (headhunting, networking, social recruiting).
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and candidate databases.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employer branding, referral programs, and campus hiring.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (manufacturing, chemicals, distribution, or lifestyle industry preferred).
  • Strong networking and headhunting skills.
  • Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other hiring platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
