  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TPAs & Health Insurance companies.
  • Act as Ujala Cygnus groups representative in meetings with Health Insurance and TPA partners.
  • Maintain and update group level database of all TPAs & Insurance Companies with empanelment status
  • Work towards empanelment of all Insurance Companies & TPAs across all units.
  • Work proactively towards rate revision with all TPAs & Insurance Companies as per previously agreed terms
  • Communicate any policy changes related to Health Insurance Industry to all units
  • Ensure that billing & dispatch is as per agreed Terms & Conditions at unit level.
  • Have regular training sessions at TPA/Billing desk level to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Meet revenue & receivable targets as defined by management. Receivable targets to focus on >90 days outstanding.
  • Prepare monthly MIS on receivables with monthly/quarterly collection targets.
  • Analyze claim rejection trends & recommend corrective actions.
  • Mentor Billing/TPA Desk staff to improve team capabilities.
  • Will be responsible and custodian of TPA/Insurance Co MOUs / Agreements. To ensure that a copy of all agreements/MOUs is available at the corporate office
  • Lead by example in upholding the organization's value, ethics, patient centric approach.
