Key Responsibilities
- Lead Copy Creation : Supervise and craft compelling copy for social media, digital advertising, and other online campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and tone.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and manage a team of copywriters, guiding them through brainstorming sessions, feedback loops, and project executions.
- Campaign Strategy : Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and designers to develop innovative concepts and messaging strategies for social media and digital campaigns.
- Platform-Specific Content : Stay ahead of social media trends and platform best practices, optimizing copy for engagement and conversion.
- Client Presentations : Present and justify copy choices to internal teams and clients, demonstrating how it aligns with the overall campaign goals.
- Quality Control : Oversee the editing and proofreading process, ensuring high standards of clarity, creativity, and error-free deliverables.
Qualifications
- Experience : 5+ years of copywriting experience, ideally within a digital agency or in-house creative team.
- Social Media Savvy : Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn etc.) and digital trends, with a proven ability to adapt messaging to fit each platform.
- Creative Thinker : Demonstrated experience in crafting original concepts and executing them across multi-channel campaigns.
- Detail-Oriented : Strong editing and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail in grammar, style, and tone.
- Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Project Management : Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
