Our app, launching soon, is set to consolidate the experiential travel market and empower creators globally to co-produce transformative experiences. -- Critical Skills for the role Have 5+ years of experience writing copy for consumer brands, travel, lifestyle, or D2 C businesses. Are a master at crafting messaging that converts and inspires across ads, emails, and videos. Have a portfolio that showcases your ability to write for performance marketing, video scripting, social media, and brand storytelling. Understand how to write for different stages of the funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). Are data-driven—comfortable testing and optimising copy based on analytics. Are proactive, collaborative, and can work seamlessly with designers, editors, and marketers. Are passionate about travel, storytelling, and creating content that connects people to life-changing experiences. What You’ll Do TL; DR : As a Senior Copywriter , you’ll drive storytelling across our ads, socials, videos, emails, and website to help us tell the story of adventures, people, and places in ways that move audiences, build emotional connections, and drive results. The Longer Version : Own the Brand Voice : Develop and refine Ex Co’s tone and messaging —crisp, inspiring, adventurous, and true to our audience. Create guidelines to ensure all team members (designers, editors, and marketers) stay aligned. Write High-Impact Copy Across Platforms : Craft scroll-stopping hooks and persuasive copy for Meta Ads to drive clicks and conversions. Script You Tube videos and vibe films that tell Ex Co’s story beautifully and emotionally. Develop sharp, engaging captions for Instagram reels, carousels, and stories . Write compelling email campaigns (subject lines, CTAs, and sequences) that nurture leads and inspire bookings. Collaborate on long-form blog content and SEO writing to build organic discoverability. Collaborate on Content Production : Partner with performance marketing managers , social media managers , and editors to ensure the copy elevates visuals and videos. Brainstorm with the creative team on storytelling ideas and campaign angles. Optimize for Performance : Work closely with the performance marketing team to A/B test ad copy and improve metrics like CTR, ROAS, and engagement. Use data and audience insights to refine messaging and hooks. Launch New Experiences : Build the narrative and messaging for new travel launches —ensuring we connect deeply with our audience through ads, socials, and emails. -- Organisation Structure This role will report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with the Social Media Managers, Performance Marketing Managers, and the Creative Team (Editors + Designers).
