Job Title: Copy Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Copy Creation: Supervise and craft compelling copy for social media, digital advertising, and other online campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and tone.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of copywriters, guiding them through brainstorming sessions, feedback loops, and project executions.
  • Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and designers to develop innovative concepts and messaging strategies for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Platform-Specific Content: Stay ahead of social media trends and platform best practices, optimizing copy for engagement and conversion.
  • Client Presentations: Present and justify copy choices to internal teams and clients, demonstrating how it aligns with the overall campaign goals.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the editing and proofreading process, ensuring high standards of clarity, creativity, and error-free deliverables.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of copywriting experience, ideally within a digital agency or in-house creative team.
  • Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn etc.) and digital trends, with a proven ability to adapt messaging to fit each platform.
  • Creative Thinker: Demonstrated experience in crafting original concepts and executing them across multi-channel campaigns.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong editing and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail in grammar, style, and tone.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
