Job Description

Our client is a renowned hospital and is currently looking for a Learning and Development Specialist for the Saudi Arabia location.


In this role, you will be responsible for:
1.       Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans
2.       Deliver training to various dept in the organization and work with various stakeholders
3.       Facilitate training workshops as needed
4.       Source and recommend vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where applicable
5.       Manage the Learning & Development budget
6.       Define and lead projects focused on continuous development.
7.       Design e-learning courses, career plans, workshops
8.       Maintain budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
9.       Evaluate training programs to ensure efficiency and develop learning metrics and KPIs
10.    Implement various T&D projects (e.g. Succession Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Wellbeing, employee &            Leadership development programs)
11.    Develop and oversee training programs
Requirements To be considered for this opportunity, you need to meet the following criteria:

Bachelor degree in HRM / business is required in addition to below requirements. 

Preferably to have CIPD or SHRM 

Experience of 5 to 10 years.
Should have experience working in a hospital environment or any other industry.
Strong experience in Learning and Development, Training etc.
Work Location - Saudi Arabia.
