Learning And Development Specialist

Required Work Experience & Knowledge
- 3-7 years of progressive experience in learning and development, with specific exposure to engagement, training, and succession planning.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and HRIS for data analysis and reporting.
- Master’s in Business Administration in HR
Essential/ Key Responsibilities
Onboarding and New Employee Training:
Developing and implementing onboarding programs to ensure new hires acclimate quickly and understand their roles and responsibilities. Create engaging content and facilitate sessions to familiarize new employees with company culture, values, policies, and job roles
Employee Engagement Activities:
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs to foster positive work culture
Identification of Training Needs:
Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training gaps and development opportunities.
Measuring Training Effectiveness:
Develop metrics and evaluation methods to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
Top Leader Identification and Development:
Collaborate with Performance Management Systems (PMS) to identify top leaders within the organization.
Operational Duties
Employee Engagement Activity:
Develop an annual engagement calendar with diverse activities catering to different preferences and interests. Plan, coordinate, and execute engagement events, workshops, and initiatives promoting a positive workplace culture.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with HR, department heads, and subject matter experts to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals and specific departmental needs.
Talent Management Support: Collaborate with TA on talent management strategies, identifying high-potential employees and developing talent pipelines.
