No. of position: 3 MEs, one for each location

This position will be reporting to TSM - Sales. The individual must be willing to travel extensively for business development and marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Market research including the consumer preferences, trends, opportunities, challenges and competitor analysis.
  • Onboarding new dealers.
  • Developing an active retail network and maintaining a close relationship with the distributors and other stakeholder
  • Achieving secondary sales target.
  • Assisting for Recruiting and training the team members

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualification is not key. Can be 10th or 12th or graduation in any stream.
  • Minimum 3 years of core marketing/sales experience in the FMCG sector. Having experience in the Ice Cream industry is preferred and would be an added advantage
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is a must. Role & responsibilities
