Job Title: Lead Generator – Social Media
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation through Social Media:
∙Research and identify potential leads on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
∙Engage with potential clients through direct messages, posts, and comments to establish
connections.
∙Develop and execute targeted social media campaigns to attract qualified leads.
∙Monitor social media trends and optimize strategies to reach the desired audience.
∙Track and report metrics for lead generation performance using analytics tools.
∙Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content aligned with lead generation objectives.
Administrative Duties:
∙Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate lead data.
∙Schedule appointments, calls, or meetings with potential clients on behalf of the sales team.
∙Handle correspondence, including responding to inquiries via email or social media.
∙Organize and manage documents, including contracts, proposals, and presentations.
∙Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and summaries of lead generation efforts.
∙Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as needed.
Requirements:
∙Proven experience in lead generation, social media marketing, or a related role.
∙Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their tools.
∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∙Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
∙Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
∙Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools.
∙Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
