We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sr. Manager - Solution Consultant to join our growing Banking & Financial Services vertical.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Bid Management:
    Lead the entire lifecycle of RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ) responses for large, complex deals within the Capital Markets space.
  • Solution Crafting:
    Design and articulate tailored, innovative, and commercially viable solutions that effectively address specific client requirements and pain points outlined in proposals.
  • Pricing Strategy:
    Develop competitive and profitable pricing models in collaboration with delivery, finance, and senior leadership teams.
  • Content Development:
    Create high-quality, persuasive sales collateral, including capability decks, case studies, executive summaries, and presentations that showcase our domain expertise and value proposition.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, domain experts, delivery leaders, and senior management to gather insights, validate solutions, and ensure alignment on proposal strategy.
  • Market & Client Research:
    Leverage both open-source and paid research tools to conduct in-depth analysis of client needs, market trends, and competitor landscapes to strengthen our proposal positioning.
  • Process Improvement:
    Continuously refine and improve the proposal development process, templates, and knowledge repositories to enhance efficiency and quality.

A. Pre-requisite for the Role

Essential Qualification and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, with a significant focus on
    Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Wealth Management
    .
  • Proven, hands-on experience in managing RFPs/RFIs, bid management, and developing complex pricing strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting client-specific solutions and writing compelling proposal content.
  • Extensive experience in developing a wide range of sales enablement materials.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for working effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize competing deliverables in a high-pressure environment.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder management abilities.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in
    MS PowerPoint
    and
    MS Word
    for creating structured, visually appealing, and impactful documents.
  • Expertise in content creation, editing, and synthesis.
  • Well-acquainted with leveraging various open and paid research sources (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC).

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
    is highly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with a certified methodology (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) being a plus.
  • Proficient in proposal writing with an impeccable eye for detail and grammatical accuracy.
  • A solid, up-to-date understanding of the operational processes and challenges within the Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Wealth Management BPO industry.
