Pre-Sales Resources:- -

Support the sales team in understanding client requirements and developing tailored solutions. Assist in preparing technical proposals and presentations to clients. Conduct product demonstrations and respond to technical questions during the sales process. Collaborate with the product team to align client needs with product offerings.

Presales - Experience 3-7 years

**Responsibilities: ** -

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations and presentations to address their specific needs. Serve as a subject matter expert on digital banking solutions, articulating the value proposition and benefits of our products to prospective clients Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with client requirements and alignment with company offerings Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase the features and capabilities of our Digital Engagement Platform. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, workshops, and webinars to engage with prospective clients and highlight the unique selling points of our solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to gather relevant information and insights for presales activities  Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to digital banking to effectively position our solutions in the market.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles within the digital banking or financial technology industry Deep understanding of digital banking concepts, trends, and technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Proven track record of responding to RFPs and delivering successful pre sales engagements, including product demonstrations and presentations Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions clearly and persuasively Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
