Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Head of Design. The Head of Design will be responsible for overseeing design management, visual and product design, and branding. Additional responsibilities include leading design teams, developing creative strategies, and ensuring the alignment of design projects with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Design Management and Leadership skills
  • Experience in Visual Design and Product Design
  • Branding and Creative Strategy skills
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the mental health or technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
