Position Overview
The Technical Workforce Talent Acquisition Manager (TA Manager) will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy and execution for Techeo’s technical workforce. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in technical recruitment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing recruitment team. The TA Manager will work closely with the executive team to ensure that Techeo attracts and hires the best technical talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Techeo's mission and business goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, industry networks, and partnerships with educational institutions to attract top technical talent.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Recruitment Metrics: Develop and track key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Employer Branding: Enhance Techeo’s employer brand to attract top talent by promoting our unique value proposition and company culture.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing technical recruitment strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical roles and skills in the technology industry.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, management, and team-building skills. Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of recruiters.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop and execute long-term talent acquisition plans.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
