We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth by acquiring new clients for our staff augmentation and custom software development services. You will be responsible for generating leads, preparing proposals, and working closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Strong communication skills and a background in IT sales are essential.
Location: Kochi
Notice Period: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard new clients, with a focus on staff augmentation and custom software development services.
• Develop strategies to target and expand the client base, specifically within the Singapore market.
• Generate, track, and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to drive informed sales strategies.
• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure alignment on client needs and successful project execution.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT sales, with hands-on experience in staff augmentation and custom software development.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore market and client needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
