Job Summary:
As a part of our dynamic sales team, you will play a critical role in expanding eBikeGo's dealership and distribution network in Hyderabad. You will work closely with potential partners, leveraging digital sales leads from platforms like Meta and Google, and drive deal closures that align with our ambitious growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Manage and convert digital leads provided by eBikeGo’s marketing team into successful dealership and distribution partnerships.
- Onboarding Dealers: Identify, pitch, and onboard new dealers and distributors in the Hyderabad region, ensuring alignment with eBikeGo’s goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and distribution partners, providing them with support and guidance to ensure success.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify potential partners, evaluate competition, and develop strategies for business growth.
- Pipeline Management: Create, manage, and report on sales pipelines, ensuring timely and effective follow-ups and deal closures.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- For Executives: 1-3 years in sales, business development, or dealership/distribution management.
- For Managers: 4-6 years with proven experience in closing high-value deals, preferably in the automotive, electric mobility, or related sectors.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
- Digital Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with managing leads from digital channels like Meta and Google.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu (preferred).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools, sales tracking software, and MS Office.
