Job Title: Product Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a multi-channel sales strategy to achieve company objectives.
- Enhance tech adoption at hotels by training internal and external teams on our products.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Identify opportunities to promote our programs.
- Promote product benefits, use cases, and training to department heads and client teams.
- Leverage technology and digital initiatives with local hotel teams (under guidance from TLC Marketing).
- Organic posts, event participation, visibility through collaterals and displays.
- Wedding and conference hashtag management.
- Reporting and engaging hotel teams in initiative-related activities.
- Program marketing and partnership creation through direct sales, corporates, hotel sales, and data gathering.
- Utilize partnership tools like curated memberships, digital campaigns, promo codes, etc.
- Escalation management.
- Sales manager recruitment, training, oversight, and presence in hotels.
- Contact center management – recruiting, training, team oversight, and performance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- A self-motivated individual with a go-getter attitude, able to think outside the box.
- 3-5 years of experience in software services sales, preferably in hospitality technology or a related industry.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry, including hotel operations, guest services, and technology trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in sales and training of hospitality technology solutions.
- Strong tech/digital background is an added advantage.
