Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing product development from ideation to launch. Day-to-day tasks include developing product strategies, conducting market research, collaborating with engineering and design teams, defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful product delivery. The Product Manager will also analyze product performance and iterate on improvements based on user feedback and market trends.

Job Description

   . Analyze market dynamics, user demographics, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to identify opportunities and trends.

·     Provide sales and market insights to the Head of Marketing and Country Manager to support strategic decision-making.

·     Contribute to the development and execution of marketing programs, including portfolio selection, positioning, promotions, product registration, and awareness initiatives (ISPs, CMEs, RTM, Product Evaluation, Conferences).

·     Adapt and implement global marketing materials into localized launch campaigns to equip the sales team with essential product knowledge.

·     Develop and deliver presentations at national and regional sales events.

·     Collect customer feedback on product attributes and prototypes to refine existing offerings and guide new product development.

·     Conduct market and competitor analysis, providing strategic recommendations to the Head of Marketing.

·     Collaborate with the EM Marketing team to design training programs for both the sales force and healthcare professionals, ensuring measurable impact.

·     Establish and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders and industry associations.

·     Support the Head of Marketing in setting product range and campaign objectives while evaluating performance for continuous improvement.

.    Possess a strong understanding of Indian regulatory processes and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Management, Product Development, and Project Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Customer Insights
  • Strong skills in Collaboration, Communication, and Leadership
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical knowledge or background is a plus
  • MBBS/ BDS/ MBA (from Tier 1 College) or related field; MBA is a plus
