Weare seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst in theArea of IT Vendor Management to join our team. The Business Analyst will beresponsible for evaluating and interpreting vendor related survey data toderive actionable insights. This role will involve conducting in-depthanalysis, preparing visualizations and graphs, and presenting findings to keystakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills,expertise in data manipulation and interpretation, and the ability tocommunicate complex information effectively. You will be supported by and be a part of the IT Provider andLicense Management team and report to the Head of Strategic Provider Management.

Yourday-to-day will involve:

tocollect and analyze survey data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Interpret survey results to extract meaningful conclusions andrecommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand surveyobjectives and requirements. Develop clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboardsto communicate findings. Prepare visualizations, graphs, and charts to illustrate surveyfindings and trends. Conduct statistical analysis to uncover correlations, causations,and predictive insights. Identify areas for process improvement and optimization based onsurvey data. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends insurvey analysis and data visualization. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on survey datainterpretation and utilization. Assist in the development and implementation of surveymethodologies and data collection strategies.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, IT, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Professional Experience: 3-5 years as a Business Analyst withexperience in vendor management and survey design. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI), survey tools (Microsoft Forms), and Microsoft Office 365 suite, includingPower Automate. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret survey data, identifytrends, and provide actionable recommendations. Communication Skills: Excellent report writing and presentationskills to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific KPIs andvendor performance benchmarks. Ideally, you have previously worked in an ITorganization. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented approach ensuring accuracy insurvey processes and data analysis. Collaboration: You are a team-player and you have a proactive,persistent work style and have proven to work successfully across functional,hierarchical and geographic boundaries.
