We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Performance and Planning Analyst.

In this role, you will:

Financial Control - Customer Charges, direct cost, forecasting, accruals, invoicing, and Purchase Orders Prepare high quality MIS and ad hoc reports to meet the requirements of the business Carry out month-end close activities, review and preparation of accruals, preparing and submitting journals Monthly reconciliation of the Market Data. Ensure transparency, monitoring ( monthly dashboard) and reporting progress against plans, quality & costs. Participate in design of reporting decks and ongoing production ownership for quantitative MI Resource Management – including headcount tracking, reporting, Org design, and analysis Travel & Entertainment analysis Vendor management support – third party contract support. Ad hoc requests and analysis as required/requested.  Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Educated to graduate level (or equivalent level of experience)  Strong Excel (particularly large data sets / modelling) and report production  Prior Finance Business Partnering, Cost Management, or Cost Transformation experience of producing high quality reporting to tight deadlines  Stakeholder Management ability to engage and build effective relationships with team and stakeholders  Ability to deliver on time and at a consistent professional level  Experience within Financial services  Ability to work alone or as part of a team, as required  Analytical analysis, data mining and scenario modelling experience  Effective presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.  An Understanding of cost allocation methodology and models  Cost controller / Planning & Finance / third party / Organisation design experience
