Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Calling Counselor - Study Abroad, located in Hyderabad. The Tele Calling Counselor will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, providing detailed information about study abroad programs, and assisting them throughout the university application process. The key tasks include identifying prospective students, making calls to inform them about study abroad opportunities, and guiding them through the steps required for admission and obtaining visas. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of student interactions and supporting them in preparing for a seamless transition to their chosen study destination.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong tele-calling and customer service experience
  • Knowledge of international education systems and university application processes
  • Proficiency in the English language; additional languages are a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; experience in education counseling is a plus
