A Tele Counselor is responsible for providing guidance, information, and support to individuals over the phone.

**Job Summary**:
The Tele Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized guidance and support to clients, students, or patients over the phone. The role involves assessing needs, offering appropriate solutions or advice, and ensuring a positive and helpful interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Interaction: Engage with clients, students, or patients over the phone to understand their needs and concerns.

Counseling and Guidance: Provide accurate and relevant information, advice, and solutions based on the individual’s requirements. This may include academic counseling, career advice, or health-related information.

Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide ongoing support.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed targets related to conversions.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Counseling or a related field is preferred.

Experience**:Prior experience in counseling ( 1 to 2 Years of Experience)**

**Skills**:
Excellent communication, Convincing Skills to reach the Target.

**Languages - English, Hindi, Telugu (mandatory)**

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in using CRM software and telecommunication systems.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Salary - 13000 to 17000 per Month + Incentives**

**Location - KPHB, Hyderabad**

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
