Job Summary

The TDM Operations Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, developing and managing RSM USI onboarding and learning & development programs. This role partners with TDM Leadership, TDM Business Partners, Meeting and Events Team (MET), Talent Acquisition (TA) and other key stakeholders to achieve organizational excellence in support of company vision, including on-time delivery, quality learning programs and productivity improvement/cost reduction strategies.

Essential Duties

Manage and advise team in the planning and execution of RSM’s USI onboarding, learning products and programs  Lead and mentor team, provide guidance, support, and feedback to optimize performance Shape the strategic direction of the team, making informed decisions to drive operational efficiency and successful outcomes Facilitate the strategic planning and coordination of team resources and their optimal utilization Serve as career advisor to the team and oversee leadership activities such as interviewing, hiring, training, coaching and feedback Ensure seamless execution of RSM onboarding and learning programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliverables Partner closely with TDM Onboarding team on the planning and execution of USI onboarding events Advise and collaborate with stakeholders to define and oversee the design, development, and execution of assigned learning programs or line of business learning initiatives Establish and foster relationships amongst internal teams (including IT, HR, TA, TDM, ESS, MET, RM, Communications, and LOB leadership) Partner with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, TDM Onboarding and LOB stakeholders to identify and execute process enhancements and streamline workflows Analyze business needs; prepare business case for organizational structure change or additions.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

5+ years relevant experience (required) Previous experience managing multiple projects of moderate to high risk (required) Previous experience facilitating small group meetings (required) Experience organizing events (required) Ability to supervise, direct, and review the results of projects or assignments required Ability to supervise multiple direct reports required
