This team specializes in various domains. such as Marketing, Sales, Billing, Security, ITSM, Employee experience etc. They manage complete software development lifecycle, emphasizing collaboration with stakeholders, security, user-centric design, and continuous improvement.

What you will be doing :As a Business Analyst, your role involves a combination of analytical, technical, and business skills to help make informed decisions and improve their overall performance. Here are some key responsibilities and activities you might engage inRequirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and document detailed requirements for new or improved systems, processes, or projects.Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Propose and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance overall performance.Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals.Project Management: Take on a project management role for business analysis activities. This includes defining project scope, creating timelines, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring clear communication and understanding between both groups. Present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including executives.Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with proposed solutions or changes and work on developing mitigation strategies to minimize these risks.

What you bring:Minimum 3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud in a corporate environment.Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and E-Business Suite.Ability to create and maintain complex queries, reports, and forms.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skillsExecute and assist business stakeholders with testing of system changes and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities.Troubleshoot and resolve any Oracle-related issues.Follow and enforce the company's policies and procedures for PC ordering.Coordinate with other teams and vendors to streamline the ordering process.Provide training and support to the PC Asset Management team and serve as Oracle SME for any issues and questions with ordering.Write and update process documents for PC ordering, such as guidelines, checklists, and workflows .Create and maintain training materials for the PC Asset Management team, such as training documents and manuals.Review and evaluate the effectiveness of the current processes and training methods and suggest improvements.
